Hi everyone, BackerKit orders will be locked this Friday, Feb.24th night. Once locked, you will NOT be able to change the tulip color of your order, and your card will be charged for shipping. You can still update your address until the clocks are ready to be shipped. 

There are still a few backers who have not filled the survey. Please check your inbox for an email from BackerKit. If you can't find it, message me on Kickstarter or email ([email protected]) for a survey link!  Your survey MUST BE FILLED for you to receive the tulip clock of your choice.

Hi everyone! BackerKit surveys have been sent to your Kickstarter user email! Please try to fill them out before Feb. 14. If you have trouble finding it, try checking your spam folder and search with keyword "BackerKit". If you still have trouble finding it, send me a message on Kickstarter and I will send you the survey link!

If you would like to add more tulip clocks to your pledge, there is the option to select tulip-clock as add-on at checkout. This is your LAST CHANCE to get the clock at the Kickstarter price.

As mentioned in the project description, shipping fees will be paid in this BackerKit survey.  Shipping fees will be auto-adjusted if you decided to add more tulip clocks to your pledge.

Note: An announcement will be made in 2 weeks, right before when orders are ready to  be locked, and your credit card will be charged then.

Just letting you know that the surveys have not been sent yet. I encountered some issue creating surveys using BackerKit, but hopefully it will be fixed soon, and they can be sent by the end of this week. I will be posting an update once the surveys are sent.

Hi everyone! Thank you so much for an amazing Kickstarter. The Kickstarter campaign has now officially ended.

There are about 30 backers whose payment failed to go through. You will have 7 days to fix the payment until your pledge is dropped. If you need more time, feel free to message me and I can hold your pledge for you.

FAQs:

Q1: When and how do I choose the colors of my clock?

A: Backerkit surveys will be sent out sometime next week (to the email you registered with Kickstarter), and you will be able to choose colors there.

Q2: Where do I add address? And how do I pay for shipping?

A: You will be filling your address through the same survey link, and then directed to pay for shipping based on your region. Note that as previously mentioned, shipping is not included within your pledge on KS. 

Q3: What if I want to add more clocks to my pledge?

A: You have the option to add tulip clock(s) through Backerkit survey, at the regular Kickstarter price (105 CAD per clock), so if you want to get another clock for your friend or yourself,  this is your second chance!

Q4: What if I missed the Kickstarter?

A: Missed the Kickstarter? Worry not! They will be up for preorder via BackerKit preorder shop for two weeks starting next week!

Hi everyone! Within just 7 hours, we have reached the funding goal AND unlocked ALL 5 COLORS of the tulip clock 🌷! Woohoo thank you all so much :3 It really is a GROUP EFFORT, every single of your pledges and shares has been SO HELPFUL and I cannot express how grateful I am ❤️.
