Hi everyone, sorry for the bombardment of updates.
Really happy to see some of you starting to post about receiving the clocks! I received some feedback from customers of purple tulip clock regarding missing gradient and realized I forgot to address some change in my last update.
The gradient for all colors of the clocks were actually modified to be lighter than the original samples because despite that they looked good in Kickstarter photos, they looked too strong in person. I wanted the transition for the gradient to look more subtle and smooth, so the manufacturer tried to make the gradients lighter for actual production.
However, the outcome of the purple gradient turned out to be a bit too light, it might look like there is no gradient upon close up and under certain lighting. I promise you though, the gradient is still there, it would become more visible if you look at the clock from a distance. I provided photos of what the final purple clock looked like vs. what the original sample looked like below under natural lighting.
I personally think the final purple clock looked softer in colors and matches well with the elegant pastel tulip vibe, Â but I understand that some of you may prefer the original version. This project has kinda been a rollercoaster ride, but thank you all so much for your patience, understanding and support!Â
And by the way, we ran into issues with surveys for red tulip clock backers, Backerkit staff is looking into the issue. I will update here once the survey is sent!

Hi everyone,
Most orders containing pink, blue, purple and yellow clocks have been shipped! You should have received a tracking sometime in the past 2 days.
For backers who ordered the red tulip clocks, I got some not so great news : (Â
We quality checked through most of the clocks on Friday, and it turns out the factory messed up the production and none of the red clocks came in with visible gradients (image shown below). The difference is too significant, so I am now fighting with the manufacturer to get them remade.Â
The factory is off for a week-long national holiday vacation until Oct 7, they have started investigating the issue and hopefully will provide a response as soon as possible.Â
To those of you who ordered the red tulip clock, I'm sorry for the disappointment this news may have brought you T_T. Â I want to deliver the best product to everyone, so please give me a bit more time to try to figure this all out with the manufacturer.

Hi everyone! A quick update on the status of the clocks. I know you have all been waiting forever and the original delivery was expected to happen by now, however the clocks are still stuck in sea transit. I have been reaching out to the shipping provider about their estimated time of arrival, but they couldn't provide an exact time as it is impacted by multiple factors including transit time and customs clearance. Rest assured though that this scenario is quite common, and hopefully will be cleared soon.
I would really like to thank you all for your patience and understanding ♡. I know you have all been very excited to receive the clocks (and so do I - was really hoping they would arrive before my biggest convention of the year at the end of month). I will update as soon as there is any update from the shipping provider!
